Plan the coverage
Choose the deliverables that suit your listing: interior and exterior photography, walkthrough video, drone imagery where feasible, floor plans and 360° tours. Availability, onsite scope and delivery timing are confirmed before booking.
For larger properties, identify entrances, accessory buildings, outdoor entertaining areas and the features a buyer should understand. Aerial photography can give context, but visible fences and annotated images must not be presented as verified legal lot lines.
A waterfront or recreational property may look very different by season. Tell us whether docks, decks, pools or landscaped areas are ready. Agree on the priority views and consider a separately scoped return visit if an important seasonal feature is not available.
Interior and exterior photos support the listing, while a walkthrough video helps show transitions between spaces. Vertical edits can support your social campaign. Choose formats before the visit so footage is captured with the final use in mind.
Before the appointment
Provide access instructions for gates and outbuildings, note pets, and identify any waterfront or steep terrain restrictions. Confirm whether electricity and lighting will be available in vacant or seasonal buildings.
Photography is finished for clear, natural presentation. Existing conditions and wear remain visible; virtual staging or object removal must be separately requested and identified.
