Plan the coverage
Choose the deliverables that suit your listing: interior and exterior photography, walkthrough video, drone imagery where feasible, floor plans and 360° tours. Availability, onsite scope and delivery timing are confirmed before booking.
A listing with additions, multiple floors or separate living areas benefits from a planned sequence of room photographs. Identify the key connections and include a floor plan or tour if buyers need extra help understanding the layout.
For tenanted or occupied homes, arrange permission, access and room preparation in advance. Tell us which areas can be photographed and whether the whole property will be ready in one visit. This helps avoid incomplete coverage and additional appointments.
For properties outside the urban area, identify the driveway, buildings and outdoor areas included in the listing. Ground images and aerial views can complement one another. Supply any boundary material separately; photographs do not verify acreage or property lines.
Before the appointment
Send the address, property type, approximate size and listing deadline. Include any basement, garage or outbuilding coverage in the brief rather than assuming every separate space is included.
Photography is finished for clear, natural presentation. Existing conditions and wear remain visible; virtual staging or object removal must be separately requested and identified.
