Real Estate Photography in Toronto & the GTA

Condo suites, townhomes and detached homes need media that explains both the interior and the setting. Plan a Toronto or GTA listing shoot around building access and your launch date.

Plan the coverage

Help buyers understand the property.

Choose the deliverables that suit your listing: interior and exterior photography, walkthrough video, drone imagery where feasible, floor plans and 360° tours. Availability, onsite scope and delivery timing are confirmed before booking.

Condo photography without missed spaces

Confirm permission and access for the unit, balcony, parking and shared amenities. Ask management about photography rules before the appointment. Supply a list of spaces included in the sale so the shoot does not suggest access to amenities the buyer will not receive.

Make compact layouts understandable

Wide views should explain room connections without misleading buyers about scale. Pair interior photographs with a floor plan or 360° tour when circulation, split levels or a compact footprint are difficult to communicate in still images.

Aerial views in a built-up setting

Drone imagery may show a property’s surroundings, but neighbouring buildings, people and airspace can limit flights. Send the address before booking aerial coverage. We confirm feasibility and can discuss ground-level exterior images when an aerial viewpoint is unavailable.

Before the appointment

Get ready for your shoot.

Prepare concierge access, elevator arrangements and a place for equipment unloading. Turn on interior lighting, clear counters and confirm which rooms or personal belongings must stay out of frame.

Photography is finished for clear, natural presentation. Existing conditions and wear remain visible; virtual staging or object removal must be separately requested and identified.
